Margot Robbie did a good job but beyond that this movie was a convoluted disappointment. It had an idea but no solid story line. It tried to be clever, cute, and funny, along with a deeper meaning for life lessons. It did none of those things and it wasn't.

(I didn't read the book.) The plot is realisticly based. The actors are all very good. The premise is believable but I think the need for a love story overtook the plot line and forced a Hollywood style ending that I thought brought the whole piece down a few notches, to the level of sugar coated.

I really liked this movie. I think it was ahead of it's time.

I wasn't impressed with the first movie so I didn't expect much. I was very pleasantly surprised. It has a tight script, very good acting and directing, gorgeous photography ,and it was all around very entertaining

Very creative spin-off Star Wars story. Good script, acting, story line, etc. Better than most of the Star Wars pieces.

The photography and special effects were good. But the weak shallow script didn't provide any character development or empathy with the protagonists. There was opportunity to provide a good story to mix with the historical events but no. Disappointed

I never read the books, though my husband has. I found the first episode intriguing, but by episode 4 I'm becoming unimpressed. In my opinion there are some quality actors but the directing is grade B, the script has a lot of unnecessary filler, and the timing is just off

Just because other Vikings stories have been big hits lately doesn't mean that every movie/show about Vikings will be good, and this piece of trash is proof. The photography was good. That's the only positive thing I can say about this. One of the worst things I've ever seen. The directing, the acting, the casting, the script, were all embarrassingly bad. Yikes!

This started out well enough but then it just lost its way, with lack of chemistry, no follow through with situations that were introduced, and a total waste of good actors lost behind overly repetitive special effects. Disappointing

The story premise was good, but I think it would have worked much better as a mini-series. It lacked character development, adventure, and depth. The characters were good but as a movie there was so much to deal with everything was a gloss-over.
