I did not think anyone could fail at making a novel into a movie as badly as Stefen Fangmeier failed in making Eragon, but Kenneth Branagh has surely outdone himself in failing as badly. With the graphic display that he did manage he could have done very well, he had a chance of making a masterpiece, but the storyline is so far off the grids that there's no recovering. Artemis was a cultured genius child who was cold, calculating, and always one step ahead in the books, but this made him out as a scared little child! If you are a fan of the books, do not watch this mockery. I was disappointed in this movie that had so much potential.
