I have to give this a negative review since there is no choice for a "so so". While I thought the book had some good information, compared to other Lonely Planet books I have purchased, I found it somewhat disappointing. In my opinion, the book was poorly edited. There was much repetitious information, often immediately following a section which had already covered the subject. There were numerous links to and names of accommodations and restaurants that either did not work or were incorrect. While I appreciate that some businesses may change their names, the frequency of this seemed more like typos. Finally, there were pieces of information that I felt were absolutely incorrect. For instance, in the Amazon discussion there is a reference to leaving the country and returning to get an additional sixty days on your visa. In fact to my knowledge, an exit and return to Colombia allows restarts a 90 day period.
