Unique and Underrated are the two words that comes to my mind after I met Joe black. Not for the average adrenaline, thrill ,comedy seekers this movie has set a benchmark in captivating story telling. The emotional transcendence is spectacular helmed by Brilliant performances from Sir Anthony Hopkins,Brad Pitt and Forlani. The transition of each character is portrayed like a symphony which lingers long after it has died.Be it Hopkins who’s coming to terms with his own impending death to the final act of letting Go or Brad who starts of as a curious, naive and emotionless in the flesh Death to a heart broken and almost human entity or Forlani who breathes life into her character effortlessly as she falls in love with the man she met in the coffee shop.(or did she actually fall in love with Death?)(Thats the brilliance I am talking about here)
This master piece makes you appreciate the time we have left in this life and sometimes truly ,deeply loving someone means letting Go however hard it is.
You either love this movieor hate it.
There’s no in betweens.
3 hours well spent.No regrets.
