My god what a movie, taking over seamlessly from Part 1, it takes us on to the next stage of Paul Atriedes journey. Excellent performances by the main characters, beautiful cinematography, and the background score is inspired. I'd go as far as saying this is the best Sci-fi movie ever made.

I was in my teens when skinheads were around, caught in the midst of skinhead football fans as they poured out of a pub. I can confirm they are as intimidating and brutal as confirmed in this movie. There's a Clockwork Orange feel to Farming, almost surreal. Not sure how much of the story is based on fact, but one cannot help but desperately feel for the main character who fits in nowhere, constantly demeaned, seeking a self-destructive power for himself. I am just glad that he survived the horror.

My all-time favourite movie. Just two characters, the angry, malevolent, manipulative Fred, and his ex Velvet. The verbal battle between them is almost lyrical....superbly choreographed,Tucci and Eve playing their parts with superb skill. It's like a simmering pot that is going to boil over, and it does, but with a shocking ending that makes me tearful for Velvet, and to a degree for Fred who is a shadow of a man. Red is now my favourite colour...this movie will leave that final impression on you.

Incredibly gritty drama that tells it how it is, no punches pulled. So immersive I find myself taking sides. Watch it and feel it.

How has this excellent film stayed under cover? Tight plot, excellent portrayals by Kate Beckinsale and Alan Alda that had me on the edge of my seat throughout. And what a twist in the tale. Watch it and enjoy.
