I don’t write a lot of reviews but this game made me want to say something. As a huge Zelda franchise fan, this game is not worth the money. Getting the controls to work is the hardest part of the game. Zelda is not a likable character and her dad is too chill about her missing. Fi, the Navi in the game, is always giving me nothing. The instrument is received way too late in the game. Dowsing is only helpful/necessary sometimes. There’s no real challenge when it comes to the puzzles. There are places where you can free fall from but similar edges will just make link plummet to his death. The birds you fly on are only significant in the very first part of the game. Other than that, they’re just a clunky form of transportation. You basically spend the entire game waving your controls around like an idiot, trying to convince yourself that this is a good game. I felt this game was insulting to anyone who has played other Zelda games and was expecting a good experience. I could go on but I’ll stop and say something nice. I liked the art direction for the most part and some of the side characters had a lot of personality. Overall it was a dumb game and if you liked it, that’s cool. This is just my opinion.
