If you have never read the book or seen the original 1994 TV movie you will have no idea what is going on in the 2020 version. The flashbacks are ridiculous and make no timeline sense. Total waste of a remake for my most loved book by Stephen King.
Do yourself a favor and watch original version. This was a big zero for me
