Greg Mills's "Why Africa is Poor" is an excellent and easy to read book. It traces the path of economic stagnation and underdevelopment in Africa, concluding convincingly that Africa is poor because of the bad policy choices made by Africa's leaders. It is a call to action for what Africa must do to change her fortunes. Highly recommended.
