I love this show and how they tackle real world issues from abortion to being gay, out of wedlock pregnancy, communicable diseases, birth defects, adultery, poverty, and all without judgment. I also think it is hilarious that just about everyone smokes even the doctor. Show is full of compassion and each show brings a tear to my eye.
