There's clearly some method to the madness, so it felt amazing to watch a documentary that encapsulates some of that articulately and insightfully. Clever cuts allow the filmmaker to explore meaningful related topics, from discerning between vegetable oils to conventional vs. grass-fed meat & what truly makes an agricultural system sustainable.
