Very disappointed.Constant, unimpressive sound track irritating..as was the jumping back and forth in time. Thought it was rather clichéd. Laurie looked about 16yrs old and Frederick was too good looking...in the book he's much older and not so good looking...and Jo falls for his mind not his looks. Too frantic and too much back slapping. I thought the acting was good...especially Jo and the sets and costumes were gorgeous..that's about all I enjoyed of it... Am surprised it has got such good reviews.
