Usually when I look over people's reviews, I tend to ignore the 1 star and 5 star reviews as rarely are those review authentic, but in this case I struggle to want to give this show anything higher then a 1 star. Ignoring whether or not Disney has a woke agenda or not. I don't care. I only care about whether I am enjoying a good quality show, and sadly I that has not been the case. Everyone is free to express their opinions, but man I can not understand the 4/5 star ratings from people referred to as "life long" fans. I have my doubts. I've been looking forward to a high republic and old republic show, and I had high hopes. They have so much room to tell whatever stories they want, much like that have been doing with the Mandalorian. This has not been the case, In short, the story is weak. As others have noted, I am not understanding why characters are mad, then suddenly not mad, then mad again. I don't understand how some Jedi die so easily, and others survive. The first episode started off very strong, but I agree with the complaints about why the Jedi seem to refuse to use their lightsabers, but the first fight was pretty fun to watch. I know they are to defend not attack, but they are really stretching that logic to a point where it is boring. I also don't understand how after the death of several Jedi and the infiltration of a satellite temple doesn't get the attention of the council. To brush it off as a team of Jedi simply died due to how remote and uncharted the planet is as a the reason for over half a dozen Jedi to die either means they were terrible Jedi, or the ones in the temple are really dumb. The show does have its stronger points, such as visuals. The acting I agree could be better, but the story is killing the show. The major conflict which many fans are agreeing on is why is there Sith when the sith have been extinct for a millennium? If I helped with the script I would have focused on short term missions. Say a band of smugglers broken up by the Jedi, or warlord of a outer rim planet that later joins the republic because the Jedi save the day. All the while I would use the sith, but in the background. Stirring conflicts in an attempt to destroy the republic, but each time failing. If they want to do many season, continue the series till we get to Darth Plagueis the wise and how he fails to destory the Jedi. Then finish with showing the rise of a young Sidious and how he believes the best way to destroy the Jedi is from within by becoming a senator. Sigh. It sucks when these shows have the money to do great things, but road blocks are put up that kill good story telling.

Too much filler, kind of boring

I am a loyal DC animation fan, but this is just a boring movie. There has been worse from DC animation, but ever year the quality from DC animation keeps decreasing. What happened? The biggest thing that is killing me about the tomorrowverse is the voice acting. I realize that it is hard to top Kevin Conroy for Batman, but other actors such as Bruce Greenwood did a top notch job in young justice and under the red hood. Jensen Ackles on the other hand is so boring. How is he the guy to take over the mantle of Batman? I didn't mind him in the long Halloween, but his voice just doesn't strike fear in the hearts of criminals like you'd picture his voice to do. Jensen's voice is just so monotone and boring. Like a goth kid who has no emotions for anything. The other actors don't jive well with their characters they attempt to portray either. Clancy Brown originally tried out for the role of Superman, but after one take he was told immediately that he is not superman, but instead instructed to try out line for Lex Luthor.... and they were right. He nailed that role. Who cares which role the actor wants and apply for, give them the roles that reflect the voices that we hear when we read the comic. DC with Andrea Romano understood this and made incredible content that is loved 20-30 years later. This film on the other hand is a one time watch and never see again.

For me, it is the weakest of the 4 Thor Movies. Lots of humour, but that's about it.

For a story that is to be a What If, I hated how they used the original story instead of coming up with something new. Using the original movie, they repeatedly jump into the future to the next major event that occurs in the original movie, which if you haven't seen the movie will make it a bit confusing at times of what is going on. I would have preferred an original new story based on the original story where we see a true what if. The animation was good, and I like how many of the original actors came back to voice their animated character. A little cheesy on some details, but not bad. I had low expectations based on the trailers, but it is better then I feared. Overall worth a watch, but only once.

Not the worst animated movie DC has made, but it far from my favorite. The main issue for me is nothing really drives it that gets me interested. In other words, its pretty boring.

5 Seasons, how is this show still on the air, and how many bots has Disney created to create this illusion that this show is enjoyable. I know its a kids show and it succeeds at grabbing the attention of their target audience, but the same could be said of Earth's Mightiest Heroes, along with the long list of other quality dc or marvel cartoons of the past 20 years that are great for both kids and adults. Stop with the garbage Disney.
