I am a non-racist white female. I have never had a different opinion of anyone based on their color. I view people and their character based on what they say and how they present themselves and their actions. But this show bothers me a little because when they have content about racism, and they make a comment like "that's the "White" response", well, that might be something a white person said, but that is not how all"white" people feel. And I actually believe that anymore any race can be considered the minority at any given moment. As a woman in Construction I feel bias everyday. I deal with it and overcome it by rising above it. It causes me to look at things on a professîonal level vs. a personal level.
