i think that this movie is a huge upgrade from the first movie because there is more story in this version and it shows what Jack Parrish had to deal with. This version is more appealing to the modern generation showing video game references and the movie takes place inside a video game although it ends almost exactly the same it is more fleshed out and has a meaning for these people to get stuck in the video game where as the last one had no real meaning for it to happen those kids in the first movie caused the destruction of the town but in the second movie those teenagers were sucked into the game because they were chosen to protect Jumanji from the man who stole the tiger's eye and rained destruction the first movie had o reason the second one did
