This movie has so much enthusiasm glowing from every movement the characters make and every line of dialogue from their mouths. While other high budget theatrically released animated movies struggle to have a coherent tone or character development throughout their run time, this movie knows what it wants to concentrate on and none of it’s elements overstay their welcome. If I had to pick a part I especially liked, it was the visual transformation of the town, specifically the school teacher sheathing her resentment and her school was clean and sporting a postive glow.
