I adore the Uglies series but this book just wasn't it for me. There is a lot of inaccurate information about Japanese culture and don't get me started on the names because what even is "Frizz Mizuno" and "Toshi Banana". But besides the horrible accuracy and representation of Asian people I was disappointed to see that the protagonist of this book was not Tally. I understand that having a character in the city would probably make more sense for the plot but it just doesn't feel the same without Tally Youngblood. I enjoyed the plot but the only reason I'm deducting 1 star is because of the horrible representation in the novel.

!!Spoiler Warning!! I love the Arc of Scythe but the ending didn't feel right to me. Space travel was only merely hinted at in earlier books and now all of a sudden Citra and Rowan are traveling to space? Maybe it's just my personal hate for space travel books but the ending felt wrong and rushed. This definitely isn't my favorite book in the series but I'm glad it gave me closure, although I already miss Citra and Rowan's adventures. I'm hoping that the new movies will do the books justice.
