Great show however yesterday's segment that highlighted the hairstylist that is dropping chemicals off for her clients to be able to do their own touchups based on her verbal instructions did a GREAT DISSERVICE to so many stylists! Many would LOVE to be able to do that to help their clients feel better about themselves during the shutdown, not to mention, perhaps be able to maintain some income. Unfortunately licensing laws very from state to state and many states would NOT ALLOW these professional products to be distributed for use by non professionals. Not to mention the potential liability associated with this practice!! Stylists are licensed to practice and could be jeopardizing their license to do what was highlighted in that segment.
