Just finished The Penguin and absolutely loved it! Great acting by Colin Farrell with his excellent raspy Sopranos voice. I’m a 71 year old grandma who rarely watches movies like this but thought I would give it a try for 5 minutes. Kept me entertained every through the whole movie.

Two stars for the possibility it could be exciting to watch. But it actually is so very boring. I was hoping for ACTION but all I got was a bickering couple being really bad at their “spying job”. They were totally unbelievable as two agents that could possibly finish a job.

Only 30 minutes into watching this new series I couldn’t believe how childish it seemed to me. So I immediately googled other reviews and I see there is a wide range of likes and dislikes. I have a pragmatic type of personality, so maybe this is the reason that it is not my cup of tea.

So slow and utterly boring. Trying so hard to finish it because of the strong actors.

Title was odd but watch the movie anyway. I loved it from the moment it started! The children actors were phenomenal and they kept me interested throughout the whole show. I should have listen to my friends sooner who raved about the movie. They were right!
