Eternals was....a movie alright. Some visuals and characters were good, but had very little connecting to the MCU considering it happens on the same planet over the course of thousands of years. I get the plot needed to keep bouncing back and forth in time to tell the story and build suspense, but it just seemed jarring after a while. Plus half the characters being clued in on the big plot while keeping it a secret from the rest got more boring with each reveal, happened like 3 times. And turning on each other was on a dime; to quote Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (a sentence I never thought I'd say): "so what are you, a TRIPLE agent??" 2 post credit scenes that have no current bearing on the plot really, with characters you don't think about. Overall, among the WORST Marvel films I've seen. Felt like 2 movies and a history textbook in 1. But hey, checked it off the list.
