Makes sense because the title character behaved like too many powerful men. I keep thinking that if it had been made with a male protagonist , nobody would be talking about it. Not buzz, no box-office. So did Todd Field switch to a woman as an exploitive move? Like Marin Alsop, just makes me mad.
