Film turns 20 years old on this day. Fun, smart, and entertaining. I remember watching this cult classic film on dvd when i was a teen with me and my friends. It was our pulp fiction with the funny well acted character dynamics, stylish rave sceans and an interesting intriguing plot as i can say a dope film to watch when you are Smacked. Easily one of the best films of 1999.
