The non-resolution of this story was an insult and total lack of respect for the faithful viewer. The fine acting and the building tension of this series were destroyed by the "ending."

Are there new writers for season 11? If so, they are missing the mark. If not, they need to get back to basics and remember what made this show so special. Things feel a little off right now and a sense of trying too hard.
