It's interesting that Fish and Game won't allow baiting to allure an animal into an unfair situation that their lives might be taken, YET, somehow it's fair for Fish and Game to bait a hunter with a fake deer or bird to trap a human being into an unfair situation. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED FOR EITHER SITUATION.
