Funny and often bittersweet story that reminds us all, especially seniors, of the challenges and joys of growing and being old.

Entertaining overall Poe aficionados may abhor the bastardization of his classic stories and radical departure from original Usher tale. I found it amusing and generally clever. Predictable at times but held my interest. Bit sluggish at times Special effects worked usually. Worth a look.

This is perhaps the singularly most tedious, boring, simplistic and forgettable film I've ever struggled to stay awake through. We all must never forget the atrocities of the holocaust and the evil men who perpetrated and planned it along with the German population that somehow looked the other way. But this rather supremely understated message of the film gets lost among the mundane and trite details of the Hoss family daily life.

Should be entitled porn things. Emma Stone is most impressive in her portrayal of Bella , a re born "creature" whose evolution requires a depth and breadth of acting worthy of her nomination . Supporting cast, especially male counterparts, are star quality. The sets , especially in latter half, are superb. Costumes very impressive as well. But the story line is inane , tedious, and ultimately disinterested. So a 3 but really not worth the time or money overall .

Some interesting moments and fine acting but may be too violent, foul and disjointed for many.

Enthralling and enlightening. Seemingly silly and yet surreal as it engages your mind, your heart and your spirit. Ferrell's portrayal of Harold Crick - a real person as well as a character in an unfinished fictional tragedy ( one where the hero must die) - is truly masterful. Star power abounds yet none of the award winners dominates. Will make you cherish tomorrow, those who love you and those you love just a bit deeper and longer .

Light weight sci fi but pleasant enough. Feel good happy ending. Back to the Future meets Star Wars meets Ready Player One.

Hung on throughout all episodes. Hoped for a more dramatic or inspiring ending.
