Movies like Manikarnika should be made more often in India. We would like to see more of our real heroes of our country and understand the importance and sacrifices made for freedom. It was a good attempt but could have been better.. kangana's acting is terrific and her work with sword is a delight to see. The movie definitely brings out patriotism in you and make you feel to join the freedom battle of that era. Not just Kangana but other actors too showed a very good work with sword. The fighting scenes have been filmed amazingly well. The movie required more narration as there were so many things to show and would have given more substance to the movie. The dialogues could have been better and I believe if movie would have been shown in parts as the time to show everything was not enough. It lacked the pause which a historical movie require in order to connect or give the feel of that era to the audience. Other characters of the movie not impresses or adds more to the movie.Overall it's a good attempt and Kangana's work as an actor is commendable and proves she is the real queen of Bollywood.
