Never saw such a bad movie. The director changed the original plot by Sharadindu Bandyopadhyay. Creativity by changing the plot of classics like Byomkesh never goes well with the viewers as Byomkesh holds a special place in the hearts of the Bengali people.I felt the main motive of the film was to promote drinking and smoking. Changing the original plot especially to promote the acting of the director himself can be the worst form of direction ever seen when handling classics. Altering the character of Malati and introduction of Lucy and kokonad gupta offering cigarette to Byomkesh in a table at the last scene and also turning Byomkesh into a murderer are the worst part of this movie. Pathetic experience.
