Hearing Cramer go on and on about Abbott getting it done and there being no fault to associate with the late start, and disorganized follow-up, of this administration.....is ridiculous.
This testing is ONLY as good as the people who administer it (how many have training on drawing blood?!!?),.....and on the NATIONAL system established to collect the data.
