Writing is standard and predictable, nothing new here at all. Most of the ideas are just reshoot not reimagined, but reshot scenes from other such productions, the scene at the stadium is hilariously cliche. It was like they just took bits of spy movies and threw them on a floor then put them together like a jigsaw..
Wendel Pierce is brilliant as always, even with some cheesy lines he is forced to say, John Krasinski is middle of the road, not the ideal lead by a long shot. The child actors especially the boy steel the show.
Its shot well, but if you compare it to Homeland it isn't even near as sophisticated. Its basic at best
