This movie in its essence is an introspective into the modern woman’s midlife crisis. It’s relatable, witty, and pulls at the heart strings on various levels. I, too, have suffered the loss of my father recently and as a result I’m constantly battling my desire to find my own voice, but still too scared to shout. I just can’t figure out how to get out of my own way. I’m a 40 year old version... like... really... turned 40 in June and looking forward to doing the next 40 my way.
