I had really high hopes for this movie, as I’ve been waiting for a long time to see it. Honestly, I’m seriously disappointed. Adam Sandler did an amazing job breaking out of his typical role, but the movie itself had no linear plot, confusing dialogue, shaky camera work, and nauseating sound levels. The whole movie was anxiety inducing, and not in an exciting, “action movie” way. It was just anxiety inducing, and I hated Howard the entire time.
