Interesting premise and I liked learning about Emilia Bassano. However, the fact that women playwrights cannot get staged is simply not true! Check out all the successful women who have had Broadway productions, from Lillian Hellman to Lorraine Hansberry, etc. It made the Melina sections Problematical!
