Very underrated film. Very well filmed and executed. You constantly feel the fear, cold, and damp atmosphere throughout. You need to watch it to appreciate it. Forget about critics complaining about a confusion of plot, culture and accents that make this a lesser example of the sword 'n' sandal epic. They are just trying to be clever and know it all. This is simply a well made film to be enjoyed by us, normal people!

WOW! This show is really unique, in so far as it takes on a well worn popular genre that has been done so many times and became so boring that I stoped watching it just because there was nothing new to offer anymore. That is until TWISTED METAL! It's fun, it's hilarious and every episode is a joy to watch. Every character is interesting and you find yourself rooting for them all even the nasty ones! Check out episode 8. it's hilarious. More of the same please. Roll on season 2.

I want to like the Witcher, it's my kind of fantasy escapism with a good cast performing decently, good CGI, and excellent fight seens. However, and it's a big however, there is too much politics and too many characters going on. It makes it very difficult to follow and less likely to care about many of the characters. I wish the makers followed a simpler storyline that keeps you involved with the story. We are into series 3 and after watching the last episode I still find Ciri irritating, surely by now she should have harnessed her powers what ever they are or at least some of them, but no the series makers are intent on boring us to death because they want to stretch the series as long as possible. Also what's with this wokeness that started creeping up in series 3. No, that's not the way to go. I enjoyed series1 best although it was a bit hard to follow because of the different time lines , series 2 was ok, but 3 was the worst. Let's hope they get back to basics in series 4 now that they killed off most of the boring characters.

Surprisingly good movie. It's a master class in how to to make a simple movie with maximum affect. No frills or thrills here just purely a very well put story that grabs your attention from the beginning, drags you in until the end when once it reaches the climax you are suddenly left to make your own conclusion about the ending. And that is not a bad thing at all, because the climax was so good any attempt after that to try and wrap the story up and explain the events after that in a satisfying way would have failed. So, you the viewer, is left to ponder the possibilities of what happens next. Kevin Bacon is excellent as usual.
