We have 3 large mental health hospitals in Maryland that housed thousands of patients. All three are closed and my question is why doesn’t someone do something to open these hospitals instead most of these people ended up homeless. Crownsville State hospital, Spring Grove & Rosemont. Trump has nothing to do with closing these down.
