The Abyss Watcher

Before the review i should say i’m not the biggest fan of the multiplayer or anything else so this review is gonna be campaign focused. This was one of the laziest, sloppiest, most unfinished, and buggy games i have ever played. The visual team as always did great, the guns look and function nicely and the animations look pretty good for certain things, but the writing, missions, and structure of the story are worse than even Vanguard. The AI of the enemies are absolute garbage i’ve played games from 2 decades ago that have better AI than these people. The open combat missions are awful it’s like playing Warzone by yourself but you only fight bots, having one mission where it’s a bit different and more free roam like in MW2 (2022) where Soap is surviving against the Shadow Company is fine if it fits well with the gameplay and story, but having as many free roam open combat missions as this game has is seriously lazy. The whole thing feels more like it should be a forgettable 15$ DLC than a AAA title from one of if not the biggest game franchises.
