What makes sitcoms funny and successful is that the situation(s) each episode is poking fun at is relatable. That's what made Cheers hilarious. Seinfeld was a stretch with their situations but the brilliant costars sold it. Curb Your Enthusiasm is way off the charts when it comes to every day situations. I think Larry David is hilarious but I wouldn't put CYE in the top 10 all time.
