This book was a very inspiring and touching story. I didn't know John, but I do admire the love and devotion he had for his family. It is admirable how hard he fought to live and take care of his family. Reading this book was like reading his actual journal. It was captivating and I couldn't put the book down. His positive, outlook on life was amazing to me as he was dealing with so many trials in his life. He was a courageous man, who never quit believing in God and Jesus Christ. It is hard to look on the positive in life as you are facing so many trials and that was what he was so great at doing! Great story! Thanks for sharing your experience.
