I'll try not to give any spoilers and to keep it short . This is one of my favourite fantasy novel series . But i absolutely love the way Richelle mead has portrayed them . This is not a normal cliche vampire love story . The story revolves around Rose Hathaway and her best friend Vaslissa Dragomir . The story is told from Rose's perspective who has a great sense of humour and pun . Vaslissa also known as Lissa is the last heir of her bloodline . She is royal and is to be protected and Rose has taken the responsibility upon herself . They both run away from their academy and go into hiding in human world . But are caught soon . Lissa is compassionate and kind and thinking type while Rose is reckless type . Richelle mead takes us through the adventures and misadventures of Lissa and rose . One cannot predict what happens next . I don't know how many will agree with me but i couldn't help but find it almost similar to Harry Potter in some slight ways . To be honest you've gotta read it in order to understand it and it's amazing . If you're a fan of vampires this is gonna be one of your best reads.this book has everything . Romance,check! Action, check! Mystery,check !!!

NO SPOILERS MENTIONED!! It's been a long time I've written a book review but a friend of mine asked me if I've read this amazing book Verity by Colleen Hoover. She said she found the reviews on various social media platforms contrasting and honestly I've read a lot of reviews on this book and am shocked too to see the amount of hate this book receives. Well everyone is entitled to their opinions so I'm gonna say I loved this book!!!! This was surely one of the best books I read this year!!!! I was completely lost in this book and finished it in one day. There were some heartbreaking moments as well as 'what the hell did I just read' moments throughout this book. The story revolves around lowen( a struggling writer), verity (a successful writer who is apparently paralysed after meeting with an accident) and Jeremy (verity's husband) . As part of a writing project lowen agrees to stay at verity's house and thus comes across verity's autobiography. Lowen learns verity's some of the darkest secrets. Meanwhile she is drawn to Jeremy. What is she gonna do!? Tell Jeremy his wife's darkest secrets or keep them to herself? Is verity evil or good ? Do you believe her or no ? Well that's on you. It's upto you if you wanna go for it or no. It's a good thriller I believe cause even by the end of the book I was left thinking what did i just read! Maybe the sex scenes were not necessary but sure it's worth a read.

The story revolves basically around two best friends keshav and Sourabh who are trying to find the laters fiancé, Prerna's murderer. I gave this novel a 3.8 because of the following reasons A) the story line was similar to the prequel of this novel(the girl in room 105) B)also the plot was revealed in the same manner as the previous novel C) once the twins thing is revealed it becomes pretty obvious who the murderer is D)the novel is pretty predictable overall Overall it was a good read but i couldn't help notice the similarities in the girl in room 105 and one arranged murder. Though if you are a keshav Rajpurohit fan then go ahead and read it .

As soon as i finished the vampire academy series i started reading bloodlines cause ok I'll admit it that i felt bad for Adrian and wanted to know what happens with him . His last speech in the last novel of VA series was touching and kept me thinking about all the collatoral damage rose did . So here it is . Bloodlines is amazing . I sure enjoyed it . But i feel it's not as good as VA . Maybe cause it's from Sydney's perspective . It's nice to know about alchemists and see things from her perspective but i did miss Rose's quirky and witty banter though to some extent her absence is filled by Adrian . It's a spin off but worth it . PS: i think it's okay if you haven't read the vampire academy series before . The story is understandable . But obviously it sure is easier to comprehend if you have read the entire series by Richelle mead

One of the best thrillers i ever came across ,The silent patient written by Alex Michaelides is a masterpiece .the story revolves around Alicia , Gabriel and Theo . Alicia Berenson an artist by profession married to Gabriel Berenson is accused of murdering her husband by shooting him 5 times . Alicia neither denies nor accepts the accusation and goes completely silent never to speak a word again . But paints just one masterpiece and names it alcestis . Theo Faber ,a forensic psychotherapist takes upon himself the almost impossible task of making Alicia speak again when many before him have failed to accomplish the same . He thinks there is some link between him and Alicia which will help him make her speak . The truth will eventually be out but is theo ready to accept it ? How are their lives connected to each other? Read and enjoy this awesome psychological thriller

The sun is also a star is another novel written by the best-selling author of everything everything ,Nicola Yoon. The story revolves around two teenagers, Natasha and Daniel who get the privilege of knowing each other for a single day before circumstances pull them apart even before they could love each other properly . Natasha doesn't believe in love ,she's practical while Daniel is her opposite who falls in love with her at first sight . On knowing Natasha's thoughts on love Daniels challenges her that she would fall in love with him by the end of the day . The characters are well developed and one can see their perspective changing by the end of the book . Written from the perspective of various people this novel makes you realize how much we can impact someone's life by our actions . It is an light ,easy read , can be finished in a day and sure is a delightful read .
