This movie is pretty edgy and dark for a talking dog movie. It got two crossover spinoffs. One from The Air buddies series, and one from The Pup Star series. Which both have pretty lighthearted movies. I wouldn't recommend this film for viewers ages 10- because of all the grim content. There's literally a scene at one point in the film where a little girl almost dies when crawling into a furnace in order to save our main protagonist, Paws.

It's a very good movie. An underrated classic.
