The only brilliant rather exceptional expression of this movie is the portrayal of the whole Indian bureaucratic circus... Its snail like movement... and the futile paperworks... Otherwise the script of the movie is below average and suffers from absolute mediocrity....there is no twist and turn in the story... The story of the movie is like National highway... Flat...No point watching the movie in this trying time to re-realise the mess we r in... With such pessimistic tone... This movie is so realistic that it is as good to spend 2hrs watching the wall or like ceiling fan or a lizard as to witness this tedious menial exhausting frustrating 'cinematic replica' of the work culture we are in...
