This book has decent advice up until the third chapter. Anything onward is redundant, vague, and clear exemplification of the exploitation of the poor. If you come from a lower income background or live in a lower income area, this book will be little to no help at all. It is geared for individuals who praise the rich, are able to cut expenses (golf trips, vacations, luxuries,etc.), and willing to dive into the already flooded market of real estate. It is currently in an inflated state waiting to pop. The richest will no be affected but those just starting or halfway through the journey will be severely inflicted. Do yourself a favor and rent the book. Please do not buy it.
