It's a normal drama, basic storyline similar to Kdrama. Apart from the marketing of sunscreen brand and period tracker app it's pretty predictable. You can watch it for fun and feel good.

I couldn't believe that Christian Grey was played by the same person. Jamie Dornan has done a very convincing and good job, one could feel everything that was meant for us to feel in the series. I wish it hadn't been cancelled.
