I've had my battles with other fans of the series who do not appreciate what I think is a very intelligent and interesting story. I above all would love the line by the end of the movie (no spoilers) where one of the characters states (back home I always felt like a freak, but here I feel home!! 😮

Actually for an avid thriller movie watcher , this movie kept me hooked , obviously Ben Affleck is great , Charlize Theron is great as well , and "monster" is great as well . I think that the bad critics was due mainly to a slow , sluggish start of the movie (first 10 minutes). Also I have just watched 2020, so maybe with time has gotten better (like a good wine )
