I loved the movie.The movie was trying to convey a good message which was to believe in themself and there capabilities.That anyone can make it big in life if he/she has the right kind of people with them.Some scenes felt over the top as the real life struggles are protracted as compared to what is shown in the movie.But still a great job by the director.Anushka Sharma was mesmerizing as a rural housewife.Varun Dhawan also did a good job but the scene stealer was mauji's mother.She did a fantastic job.Overall I felt good and inspired after leaving the theatre and I hope that these kind of movies are continued to be made so that I keep getting inspired and motivated.

My favourite character was Dan.His way of seeing life so differently like the normal ordinary hypocrites dont.He felt so concerned about little things which we completely ignore.Its very tough and takes a huge amount of courage to do something which Dan does.This movie shows that the protagonist has flaws which he understands and later corrects it. It also shows what true love means.Thank you Shoojit Sircar for giving us such a beautiful movie and not those cliched love stories which bollywood keeps on making.Hats off to varun dhawan and banitha sandhu and her mother.Brilliant acting.
