Mark Ruffalo is just incredible. I first noticed him in You Can Count in Me ~20 years ago. This movie first showcased to me the heart he puts into his roles, paired with another favorite, Laura
Linney. I know this much is true is a dark and draining story but I kept coming back because his (dual) acting pulled me in. And Rosie O’Donnell was a pleasant surprise. I hope Mark is recognized for his ability to bring such a believable portrayal on mental illness and its far-reaching impact on all touched by it.
