I hate to say because I was such a big fan of the first one and wanting more when I finished it but this is not what I expected…It felt like a really long infomercial and more of a comedy parody then a dc movie. The plot went at a rlly uncomfortable pace. At times I would get bored bc there would be unnecessary dialogue but then at times random plot twists that would confuse me. The only reason I stayed and gave it 2 stars instead of 1 was for Margret Robbie’s role as Harley Quinn. Its rlly sad to see such an interesting character that she bought so much life to be portrayed in such a bad plot. It’s like the entire military went soft. They were literally betting on the deaths of the supervillains like this mission literally depends on the fate of the country and your making bets?!? And don’t get me started on the ABSOLUTELY RIDUCULOUS supers these suicide squad members were given. The only good things I can say is that some of the shots and scenery were absolutely stunning. And I loved Harley Quinn’s outfits she look amazing. But other then that I could write a whole book abt were this movie is lacking. When I found out James Gunn directed this movie I was excited since he had directed several of my favorite marvel movies but sir ehem….some of these decisions…maybe majority are definitely lacking…like a lot.
