I am a big movie fanatic, but I watched this movie only after 8 years of its release. Now I regret that why did I miss this epic in theatres. My favorite scene in the movie is when a public slaps the king (Parthiban) when he attempts suicide by cutting his own throat due to the humiliation (watch movie for details). In this scene, there were no dialogues, but Selvaragan speaks the liberty of citizens over a monarchy and silently let us do the comparison with the current democratic society. <3
