This film is visually stunning. The story line is subtle- a look at life in the 1800”s in France with a gentle love story entwined. The stove was so interesting and the kitchen and cookware exciting, esp if you like to cook or eat good food. The house reminded me of a renovated castle I’d been invited to, owned by a French artist.
So many little tidbits that I enjoyed .
I wish they published recipes with this fim.
