I was excited to watch this classic for the first time but my goodness, ITS SO CRINGEY! When the adult characters are trying to talk about their pennywise experiences as children it’s the typical/corney “look off into the distance and say something nostalgic very intensely.” I couldn’t help but laugh... I have seen amazing good thrillers/horror films that are from older times (rear window, vertigo, the shining, ect.) but this ain’t it (hah, get It? “It”). Sad to say the remake is better.
