So different, beautifully written as all of his books,what an incredible imagination just Knew this would be a tear jerker. one of the messages Kazuo puts across is that it’s our own reaction to events and relationships which can’t be replicated. This was a moving, thoughtful story, scary yet still hopeful it will stay with me for a very long time. Thoroughly recommend
