A beautifully crafted novel which speaks to your heart and your mind and touches your very soul.The characters, with all their strengths and flaws, are painted with layers of brushstrokes which bring them alive for the reader. Their very humanity gives them greater appeal and I was gripped by the story which encompassed me making me feel concern for each and in particular for Hugh O'Flaherty. I was held spellbound dreading the worst ... You cannot help but call to mind Oskar Schindler and Robert Winton, angels who recognised that they themselves were but a part of a bigger family, love and hope, and who lived with the thought of those whom they were unable to save.Uplifting, inspirational, thought provoking and current.

I am incensed as I listen to the interview of the GP from Wilmslow who claims that patients are now able to see their GP. Certainly here in Windsor you are given a telephone appointment with your GP. I am shocked that the GP stated that patients held back from contacting her profession about their illnesses which have now become more serious. Shame on you - ask patients and there will be a collection of horror stories of their experiences in contacting GPs during lockdown!

I rarely watch Good Morning Britain however I tuned in this morning to find the presenters talking over their 'guest' - the unfortunate Gavin Williamson in this instance. Furthermore, Susanna Reid proceeded to read a most offensive character assassination of Mr Williamson by a former colleague! Susanna was smiling and apologising at the same time with no regard for the impact this would have on Mr Williamson. Please might we have some balanced arguments on this show with both sides of the argument shared and the guest being allowed to answer the questions asked. I really do not want to hear the opinion of Susanna Reid; Piers Morgan or any other presenter. I want them to inform us and facilitate a discussion.
